Assalamualaikum hai guys ! Okay , harini saya nak share satu resepi yang menarik . Alang-alang diberi cuti kuarantin ni , masakla antara perkara yang kita boleh buat . Haa manfaat ni .

Kenapa masak ? Yela ! Kalau saya share cara makan macam pelik sikit la en . Okay ! Jadi selamat membaca blog resepi ni ya ! Resepi kek ni wuu !

Namanya OREO CHEESE CAKE (No Bake).
Taip pun dah rasa sedap dia haa tudia aih ! Kek ni agak mudah dibuat meskipun kita baru sahaja menceburi bidang kulinari ini .

Ramuannya :
2 peket biskut Oreo original .
250 g cre cheese .
250 g whipping cream .
70 g gula kastor .
50 g butter (Di cairkan)
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla .
1 keping baking paper .
Oreo Cheese Cake.


Step 1 :
Masukkan 1 peket setengah Oreo ke dalam plastik dan gelek hingga betul-betul hancur. Cara mudah gunakan rolling pin yang buat kuih tu . Asingkan serbuk Oreo dalam 1 senduk kecil untuk di tabur ke atas kek nanti .

Step 2 :
Cairkan butter dan masukkan ia dalam serbuk Oreo tadi . Gaul hingga rata dan sebati . Kemudian tuang je dalam bekas atau loyang yang telah di lapis baking paper. Tekan tekan supaya kemas dan rata .
Sebatikan cecair butter dengan serbuk Oreo.


Step 3 :
Masukkan cream cheese dan gula ke dalam pengisar.  Kisar sekejap hingga sebati semua . Kemudian masukkan whipping cream dan esen vanilla . Kisar lagi . Boleh guna pengisar kalau tiada mixer.
Masukkan ramuan .


Step 4 :
Bila dah sebati keluarkan adunan tadi dan masukkan ke dalam bekas . Patah patahkan 1/2 peket Oreo dan gaul bersama adunan nanti.
Gaulkan adunan.


Step 5 :
Bila dah sebati masukkan adunan tadi ke dalam bekas berisi Oreo tadi . Tekan tekan adunan hingga rata dan kemas . Taburkan lebihan serbuk Oreo tadi ke atas permukaan kek .
Masukkan adunan .


Step 6 :
Boleh la dimasukkan ke dalam peti dan biarkan semalaman hingga betul betul keras . Haa ! Lepastu siap la ! Boleh la makan sejuk sejuk bersama keluarga . Nak makan sorang sorang pun okay ja . Tak perlu bakar . Tak perlu kukus .

Itu sahaja dari saya . Semoga bermanfaat okayy . Saya bukan chef , tapi untuk awak saya cuba .

DEEPAVALI - 2019

"A picture is worth a thousand words " So it would be nice if i start this blog with a picture. Family  I'm not sure the picture is worth a thousand words but i can explain to what is going on in the picture. So its basically the first day of Deepavali and my family and I went to the temple for prayers. After prayers its BREAKFAST TIME. So everybody get their delicious breakfast for FREE....Yum Yum. Ok you might be wondering about those 3 in the picture. The last one from the far right is my brother a.k.a. Thambi. The one in the left is my uncle and its his son in the middle and they were just enjoying the vibe in the temple. Gangster  Nahhh the caption was just a joke. The guy in the middle is just my cousin brother but the best part was i caught his picture while he was shaking hands with his friends (fyi this was before covid-19) and it seemed like some kind of gangster just came in the temple and all the gangsters made a meeting. Holla guysss ! Okay so aku nak kongsi sikit perasaan aku bila further study dekat tempat yang boleh dikata mijority semua lelaki. Okay so aku belajar dekat ALAM and kat sini perempuan adalah golongan minority so aku ni dah lah cepat awkward ngan lelaki. Then bila dapat tahu satu kelas ramai lelaki, i just like ‘omaigad tak sukanya’  hahahahaha but alhamdullilah sekarang dah biasa dan semuanya aku dah anggap macam second family kat sini. Gurau kasar antara classmate tu biasa lah untuk rapatkan sillaturahim even masa first first tu adalah mental sikit sampai rasa macam nak tukar kelas. Tapi aku start sedar yang diorang ni lah antara orang orang yang jaga kami (aku, laila, daya dan izzah) like macam adik and abang. So aku harap sampai habis sem kita semua stay satu kelas, aamiin...
