Quarantine was full of boredomness so I had to find a hobby. After months of looking hobby, I finally find one! And it is running!
For today I'm not going go specifically about how to run properly, yada yada all that. You guys can go search that up at YouTube.
I'm just gonna tell you the benefits and all the funds I have got throughout the discovery of my new hobby.

Personally I have found that running really benefit a lot especially at building mental strength.
Im a slow runner. But I was wayyyy slower before. I took me more than 20minutes to finish a 2k run. And I couldn't even stand 5 minutes of jogging without stopping. Terrible cardiovascular strength hahaha.
Not only that, I also find that I understand a lot of stuff better when I go running. Which mean, I'm doing better academically.
Sleeping does help me with my sleeping issue. I had trouble at sleeping but ever since I started go running, I sleep lot more better.
