selfcare, selflove

Hi everyone, meeting all of you again on my 14th posts. I have no idea what so hard about posting 15 blog posts hahahaha. But as the time passing by, I feel like it would have be easier if I write consistently since beginning and not at the last minute lol.

Howeverrrr, let's skip to the main part of the blog. I want to talk about self-care.

Each time when someone say the word self-care, the image that came into my mind is "expensive" mak datin Spa day out with her fellow " dato's wives" friends.

Well somehow it is true. Self-care is expensive. But there are many alternatives out there and it is not necessarily expensive. It is so much more than expensive spa day.

Self-care. It is simple. Taking care of yourself. It can be exercise 3 times a week. Or eat mindfully. Or as simple as drinking water 8 glasses a day.

Today I'm gonna give you guys some guidance to self-care.

1. Stay hydrated, drink your water.

Like I have mentioned, it can be as simple as drinking water. However, there are some tips on how to stay hydrated properly and in correct way.

Here some articles I have found on Pinterest regarding the benefit and how to drink more water.

2. Get enough sleep

As a young adult, we oftenly go to sleep very late. Stop that. Go to sleep early. You are messing with your future self if you go tot bed very late. Quit that.

3. Get sweaty

No words for this. Go exercise dude. Get that heart rate go up. Get that muscle sore. Burn them unnecessary body fat.

There are many form of exercise.

You can try jogging. Hiking. Swimming. Weightlifting. Or play football with your peer. You have to make your exercise vary or else you will get bored and stop exercising eventually.

4. Go green, Green Tea!

Ever since the quarantine started, I have developed this one habit and it is drinking green tea everydayyy. Green tea has lotsa benefit and one of them is helping you to give extra push to your day. It has caffeine just like coffee but lesser than that. So it is safe to consume everyday!

5. Basically, be positive and stay as optimistic as you can

When we say positive, it is kinda subjective. But from my perspective, be positive will give you easy feeling and growth in yourself despite of hard time and tribulations we facing.

I'm not in any place to force people to stay optimistic because I'm myself can be extremely pessimistic and petty is certain situation. However, try to do your best because it will not only benefit yourself, it also will benefit people around you!

Nearest Park from my Home town

HI GUYS  Let me talk about the nearest park from my home town to you guys. GUNUNG LEDANG Source : Google  Source :Google  Gunung Ledang National Park lies simply inside Johor's fringe with Melaka, around 30 km from the town of Muar. The recreation center encompasses the famous Mount Ophir, presently called Gunung Ledang, which is 1,276 meters high. As per a sign at the passage to the recreation center, Gunung Ledang is Malaysia's 64th most elevated mountain and the 6th generally hard to ascend, be that as it may, as should be obvious from the more point by point list on myMalaysia Mountains page, Ledang is in reality just the 134th most elevated pinnacle, and it doesn't rank in the best 20 tops as far as trouble. SOURCE : GOOGLE  There are different legends relating to the mountain including an otherworldly princess, gold and silver stores, the renowned warrior Hang Tuah and that's only the tip of the iceberg. It is viewed as a profound spot. One of the rumore...

DEEPAVALI - 2019

"A picture is worth a thousand words " So it would be nice if i start this blog with a picture. Family  I'm not sure the picture is worth a thousand words but i can explain to what is going on in the picture. So its basically the first day of Deepavali and my family and I went to the temple for prayers. After prayers its BREAKFAST TIME. So everybody get their delicious breakfast for FREE....Yum Yum. Ok you might be wondering about those 3 in the picture. The last one from the far right is my brother a.k.a. Thambi. The one in the left is my uncle and its his son in the middle and they were just enjoying the vibe in the temple. Gangster  Nahhh the caption was just a joke. The guy in the middle is just my cousin brother but the best part was i caught his picture while he was shaking hands with his friends (fyi this was before covid-19) and it seemed like some kind of gangster just came in the temple and all the gangsters made a meeting. Ok ignore th...

The Carlie's Angel

Holla guysss ! Okay so aku nak kongsi sikit perasaan aku bila further study dekat tempat yang boleh dikata mijority semua lelaki. Okay so aku belajar dekat ALAM and kat sini perempuan adalah golongan minority so aku ni dah lah cepat awkward ngan lelaki. Then bila dapat tahu satu kelas ramai lelaki, i just like ‘omaigad tak sukanya’  hahahahaha but alhamdullilah sekarang dah biasa dan semuanya aku dah anggap macam second family kat sini. Gurau kasar antara classmate tu biasa lah untuk rapatkan sillaturahim even masa first first tu adalah mental sikit sampai rasa macam nak tukar kelas. Tapi aku start sedar yang diorang ni lah antara orang orang yang jaga kami (aku, laila, daya dan izzah) like macam adik and abang. So aku harap sampai habis sem kita semua stay satu kelas, aamiin...
