Home workout (part 1)

Assalamualaikum and hi guys!!
How are guys doing today? do you guys enjoy your holiday? hahaha... so i think this holiday might be the most boring holiday to us right? because the government does not allowed us to go out and stay at home because of the COVID-19 pandemic that strucked our country right now.

So since we just being at home for this RMO,  I want to share to you guys some exercises that we can do at home since we do not allowed to go out for doing other activities. Here i want to show some exercise that can slim our belly fat since I think we had ate a lot of  food during this quarantine time.

1) Russian twist





2) Leg raises


3) Heel touch




4) Mountain climb



So this 4 exercises you can do easily at your home without required using any equipment. You guys can do this exercise for 30 minutes everyday. Do this for 15 reps for 4 set. So  I think thats all from me for part 1. I hope this sharing can help you guys to stay healthy at home eventhough we does not allowed to go out. Stay tuned for the part 2 guyss!

habit

morning guys !   aku nak share pasal habit aku, semua orang ada habit kan ? so habit aku ni aku suka dengar lagu kanak kanak huhu ^-^ sebab aku memang suka dengar lagu, kadang kadang bila adik aku buka tv ke youtube ke aku tumpang ah menyelit senyap senyap tak pun pasang telinga hehe.  so lagu yang pemes sekarang mestilah didi & friends (sape je taktahu en), suka betul aku kalau adik aku buka lagu tu mesti aku akan curi curi tengok HAHAHAHA. aku suka lagu ni sebab aku rasa aku ni masih muda πŸ˜‹ hehehehe  lagu kedua pulak aku suka dengar lagu omar & hana sebablagu lagu ni semua tentang islam. bagi aku lagu ni bagus kalau dideahkan kepada anak anak yang sedang membesar sebab dapat lah juga untuk diorang mengenal adab dalam islam.  chichi & chacha apa kurangnya best juga kalau dengar. kadang kadan boleh tambah ilmu pengetahuan sebab dalam cerita ni (cerita ke lagu ea ? whatever lah) akan ada satu slot yang menguji ota...

Tips Belajar

 Pernah tak kita rasa macam belajar macam nak rak, lepastu rak patah? Maknanya belajar tapi tak masuk masuk. Mesti selalu kan? Sekadar duduk dalam kelas masuk telinga kanan lepastu keluar sebelah kiri. Ataupun dalam kelas fokus 101% tapi selepas 3-4 hari kemudian kita dah lupa. Itu maknanya ada kesilapan dalam teknik kita belajar.          Maka dengan ini , dengan penuh keikhlasan hati, saya nak berkongsi  tips and trick  belajar. Sebelum itu, hendak saya claim , saya bukan student  perform  dan tips ini dikongsikan hasil daripada soal selidik dan kajian melalui internet.         Sebagai seorang  deck cadet,  sepanjang pengajian kita di ALAM banyak matapelajaran yang berasaskan teori.
